How to track my order status?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. By clicking the link, you can check the status of your order directly on the carrier’s website.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, so unfortunately we are unable to make changes once an order is placed. Please double-check that all details are correct before completing checkout.
How do I return or exchange?
If your purchase isn’t working out, we accept returns as long as the item is in its original condition (tags attached, unused, and no visible signs of wear) and not a clearance sale item.
Please note: we do not offer direct exchanges.
Once our team receives your return, we will issue you a store credit (no expiry date), which you can use to purchase any item from our store.
The item I want is out of stock. What should I do?
We regularly restock our most popular items. Sign up with your email to be notified when the product is available again so you don’t miss out.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you change it?
Please contact us immediately with the correct address. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the shipping label. However, if it has already been packed or dispatched, we cannot make any changes.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
We’re very sorry if you received the wrong or a defective item. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your order with:

I forgot to apply my discount code. Can I still use it?
